Zeelikes Logistics provides:

  • Local and interstate parcel delivery
  • Same-day and scheduled deliveries
  • Business logistics support
  • Pickup and drop-off services
  • Bulk shipment coordination

Services are subject to availability and service area coverage.

3. Booking & Delivery Process

  • Customers must provide accurate pickup and delivery details.
  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by traffic, weather, security issues, or unforeseen events.
  • Proof of delivery may include recipient signature, OTP confirmation, or photographic evidence.

4. Prohibited Items

We do not accept responsibility for prohibited or illegal items, including but not limited to:

  • Weapons
  • Explosives
  • Illegal drugs
  • Hazardous chemicals
  • Perishable goods (unless agreed)
  • Cash (unless formally declared and approved)

Zeelikes Logistics reserves the right to refuse any shipment.

5. Packaging Responsibility

Senders are responsible for proper packaging.
We are not liable for damage caused by inadequate packaging.

6. Fees & Payments

  • Delivery charges are communicated before dispatch.
  • Payment may be required upfront unless otherwise agreed.
  • Outstanding payments may result in service suspension.

7. Liability & Compensation

  • Our liability for loss or damage is limited to the declared value of the item.
  • Compensation may require proof of value.
  • We are not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control.

8. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders may be cancelled before dispatch without penalty.
  • If cancellation occurs after pickup, a service fee may apply.

9. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for service failures caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, civil unrest, or government restrictions.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
